* Rates empty for full: the owner of the mooringhas the obligation to communicate, by 16.00 on the same day he will be absent, the availability of own mooring for other boats and by 12.00 return;inthis case Porto Pignataro srlwill be able to use the mooring at his own interest. -The rates are expressed in € and include: VAT, water and electricity supplies. –The winter rates do not include the consumption ofelectricity for boats over 12.50 m. –For catamarans the rates must be increased by 50% for its length range. |

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1) The User has the right to use the services of: mooring assistance, water and electricity supply, security / video surveillance.
2) The occupation of the berth is valid only for the boat indicated in the mooring contract, the transfer of the mooring contract to third parties and / or the sub-concession of services is prohibited.
3) The Porto Pignataro srl company remains exempt from liability for partial or total theft, damage by third parties or due to exceptional events of terrorist, delinquent and / or natural calamity.
4) The user undertakes to comply with the ordinances and provisions issued by the Maritime Authority.
5) Any dispute should arise between the User and the Porto Pignataro srl company regarding the interpretation of the mooring contract will be the exclusive and mandatory competence of the Barcelona court P.G.
